Diversity and Equality

Reducing Biases
in Recruitment Process

Diversify and Automate the Recruitment Process

Eliminate biases and move toward diverse teams

The employment process is the main step towards diversity and inclusion (gender, race, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and normally includes the following steps: writing a job description; advertising the position; reviewing and shortlisting; assessment; interview; and decision making.

We aim at reducing possible biases before the assessment phase, especially at the shortlisting step. Conscious and unconscious discriminations may happen first in the shortlisting phase, where few applicants should be selected only based on their qualifications. DivERS assists you by:

  • Providing a systematic approach for eliminating possible biases in criteria (e.g. using HR supervision).
  • Improving the employment quality via reducing biases regarding gender, nationality, etc. and hence, focusing only on the applicant qualifications.

automation of the shortlisting process

Automate your shortlisting process

Nowadays, shortlisting can be a time-consuming process due to the large number of applicants, which makes an automated IT solution highly desirable and essential. Different organizations and industries (with different sizes, businesses, etc.) may use our platform for shortlisting phase during recruitment process. Our IT platform facilitates the shortlisting process by:

  • Saving recruiters’ time by automating the high volume task of shortlisting.
  • Saving HR time by automating documentation and required analysis.
  • Determining and validating specific criteria to measure applicant qualifications.
  • Providing valuable data, to be used by machine learning methods for advertisement and talent acquisition.
